I tried to correct a GFCI issue myself. Did what I could from replacing the GFCI and the breaker in the panel. Checked all outlets. Oleg took my call in the morning and was able to stop by after I arrived home from work. He was able to trace my lines and figured out where my problem was. There actually ended up being two ground faults. He was very professional and did not mind me looking over his shoulder and asking questions. I learned a few more things from him. I had a great experience with Bright Line Electric. Oleg installed ceiling lights in 2 bedrooms and a fan/ceiling light in main bedroom. I love my new lights! I live on the top floor of a condo building with no attic acess so he had to go through the ceiling and wall to install electrical. Access holes were minimal and neat. Communication with Oleg was excellent throughout the process. He was responsive and clear about every step. He also took the time to explain anything I didn't quite understand. My HOA requires an electrical permit for any electrical work done and Oleg coordinated all of that. Additionally, he was very neat and respectful of my home. He was kind and considerate throughout the process. I only wish every contractor had his attributes. Had Bright Line Electric to our midcentury house to review two potential problems. They were able to schedule for a flat rate to come same day, showed up on time and sent texts regarding ETAs. When they arrived they quickly got to work and triaged the first issue, and shared everything they learned with me. This included going into the attic, removing panels, pulling breakers, following wires. They tightened and replaced all receptacles. They then looked at my second problem in another area of the house and were able to quickly triage it, which included removing downlights and measuring for possible stray voltages while circuit was broken. Overall the experience was very positive as they quickly replied, offered a price, came to the house, and addressed our issues.
